About this blog

The Centre for Sustainable Manufacturing and Recycling Technologies is a research group covering a diverse range of subjects relating to product lifecycle thinking. Our interests span from extraction of raw resources from the natural world through to reprocessing at the products end of life. Our work covers topics as diverse as innovative manufacturing through to resilient logistics and design of products that provide more tangible benefits to society. We are delighted to welcome you to this blog which, month by month, will explore hot topics that interest us and which we think are important for society, economic competitiveness and our environment.
