SMART researcher Guillermo Garcia-Garcia spoke on October 4, 2016 at the 14th Global Conference on Sustainable Manufacturing held in Stellenbosch, South Africa. He presented a conference paper titled “Optimising industrial food waste management” and had the opportunity to discuss his work with top researchers from around the world. The paper will shortly be published in Procedia Manufacturing and will be available on the SMART website in the ‘Publications’ section.
